Tecno Spark 8C

Tecno Spark 8C has been launched in India as an entry-level smartphone. A 90Hz refresh rate display, octa-core Unisoc T606 chipset, dual rear cameras, and 8-megapixel selfie sensor are the major highlights of the smartphone. It offers up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Tecno Spark 8C packs a 5,000mAh battery as well.



Last month, Tecno launched a new smartphone under the Tecno Spark 8 series, Tecno Spark 8C, in various international markets - Tecno Spark 8C. Now, the company has launched the Tecno Spark 8C in India as well. The smartphone is said to be the successor to the Tecno Spark 8 smartphone that was launched in India in September last year.


 The company claims that the Tecno Spark 8C is the most affordable smartphone in India with 6GB RAM. Although the device only gets 3GB of RAM, it can be increased up to 6GB by using the RAM expansion feature. The smartphone comes in four different color variants and has a 90Hz refresh rate display. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery and runs on Android 11 with HiOS on top.


Tecno Spark 8C Summary

Tecno Spark 8C is an upcoming mobile by Tecno. The phone is rumored to come with a 6.60-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1612 pixels at a pixel density of 262 pixels per inch (ppi). Tecno Spark 8C is expected to be powered by an octa-core processor and come with 3GB of RAM. The Tecno Spark 8C is rumored to run Android 11 and is expected to be powered by a 5000mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Tecno Spark 8C is rumored to pack a dual rear camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, and an AI lens camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It is rumored to sport a single front camera setup for selfies, an 8-megapixel primary camera.



The Tecno Spark 8C runs HiOS is based on Android 11 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via an SD card (up to 256GB). The Tecno Spark 8C is tipped to be a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that will accept Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Tecno Spark 8C is said to measure 164.57 x 76.00 x 8.95mm (height x width x thickness). It is said to launch in Diamond Grey, Iris Purple, Magnet Black, and Turquoise Cyan colors. It features an IPX2 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Tecno Spark 8C are said to include Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, USB OTG, FM radio, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone are rumored to include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
